Stainless Steel Filter
The plate-and-frame multilayer filter is suitable for precise filtration, clarification, sterilization and purification of liquids in industries such as biological products, medicine, brewing, food and beverage, tobacco, water treatment, petrochemicals, and environmental protection. It is used in the filtration of injections, infusions and other liquid medicines in the pharmaceutical industry, and has good performance. According to the different filtration accuracy (coarse filtration, fine filtration) requirements of the filtrate, filter materials with different filtration accuracy can be selected for filtration: and according to the needs of production volume, the number of filter plate layers can be increased or decreased for filtration. The filter can also be filtered after the filter layer formed by the primary filter layer or filter aids (such as diatomaceous earth, kaolin, activated carbon, etc.) to obtain clean liquid.
The filter has the advantages of less filtrate loss, large flow rate, simple operation, convenient disassembly and assembly, and easy cleaning. The filter plate adopts a special structure of flat thread mesh shape, which is smooth and flat, making the filter material (filter cloth, filter paper, filter membrane) not easy to break, and can effectively extend the service life of various filter materials, thereby reducing production costs. This filter is equipped with a stainless steel infusion pump, and its motor power is small and power consumption is low. Rubber wheels are installed under the frame, which is flexible and light to move.
Except for the motor, all other parts of this machine are made of 304 or 316L high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel materials, which are suitable for filtering acid and alkali solutions of various pH values. This machine uses pressurized closed filtration, with less filtration loss, good filtration quality and high efficiency. The filtration part consists of ten layers of filter plates, with a large filtration area and large flow rate. Different filter membranes can be replaced according to the production process requirements of the filtered solution (primary filtration, deactivated carbon, particle removal, semi-fine filtration, fine filtration), and the number of filter plates can be appropriately reduced or increased according to the production flow requirements to meet production needs. Therefore, this machine has the characteristics of one machine for multiple uses and a wide range of applications. The filter plate adopts a flat threaded mesh, with advanced structure, no deformation, easy to clean, can effectively extend the service life of various filter membranes, and save production costs. The stainless steel infusion pump equipped with this machine uses a low-power motor and consumes less electricity. Rubber wheels are installed under the base, which can be used for mobile use, flexible movement and easy operation.
