Cocoa Melanger
Introduction
The melanger is with granite stones which can grind cocoa particles to ≤20 μm with silky and smoothly taste. This is highly efficient and energy saving, it is equipped with a continuous operating motor without the risk of overheating and no need for external cooling fans.
The melanger is light enough to carry easily, and it is is plug and play with a convenient tilt mechanism which makes cleaning and emptying quick and simple. The modular design makes it easy to assemble and disassemble, and the setup requires only basic expertise and simple tools.
