Working Principle

The centrifuges produced by our factory can clarify, dehydrate or grade suspensions containing solid particles in the range of 0.002-3mm. The products can be divided into two categories, LW two-phase separation and LWS oil-water-solid three-phase separation. Each category has multiple models, which can be selected according to different needs.

Application

Horizontal screw centrifuges can generally be divided into horizontal spiral filtration centrifuges and horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuges. Horizontal spiral filter centrifuge is mainly used for dehydration of salt products. Horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge is a sedimentation centrifuge that completely utilizes centrifugal force for separation and can continuously discharge solids. Our company produces LW150 horizontal spiral centrifuge, which is mainly suitable for materials with small production capacity, high solid content, and difficult to separate by natural sedimentation.
