Plate Centrifuge Machine
Working Principle
The motor drives the basket to rotate at high speed through frequency converter and belt. Material is fed into basket from top and then inclines to basket wall under the centrifugal force. Liquid is discharged out of the basket through filtering cloth and the holes of basket wall. Solid is left in basket and will be scraped out with annual work after stopping.
Industrial Extractor is applicable to solid separation and textile dehyration and has wide application in petroleum, chemical, spinning-weaving-dyeing, plastics, medicine & pharmacy, hotel, restaurant, hospital etc. The machine enjoys stable performance with the noise up to the ministry's standards .
The diameter is from 300MM-1250MM, it is all depended on customer's request.
