Working Principle

Before working, put the filter cloth on the filter plate, then operate the filter press, drive the pressing device, and press the filter press tightly against the filter plate. Start the feed pump to input the material into the filter press through the feed port, and the material enters the filter chamber through the channel on the filter plate. Under the action of the feed pump pressure, the solution passes through the filter cloth and enters the densely distributed dot-shaped filter surface on the filter plate. Then it enters the liquid outlet through the channel on the filter plate and flows out from the liquid outlet after being collected. The filter cake is retained in the filter chamber until the filter cake fills the filter chamber, then stop the feed pump, loosen the pressing plate, and then pull the filter plates one by one towards the pressing plate, remove the filter cake in the filter plate, and then re-enter the next working cycle.
