Disc Centrifuge Machine
Main features
Fully automatic centrifuge, strong separation ability, separation factor between 4500-10500;
Large production capacity, up to 30m²/h;
Partial or full discharge can be achieved without manual operation.
Working principle
The motor drives the drum to rotate around the main axis at high speed through the friction clutch (or hydraulic coupling) and the helical gear pair (or belt). The liquid flows from the upper center feed pipe to the bottom of the drum and flows through the lower edge of the disc seat (or the diversion hole below) to the drum wall space. Under the action of the centrifugal field, it is manually unloaded after shutdown (or discharged by the nozzle, or automatically discharged through the slag discharge port under the control of the sliding drum). The light liquid flows along the outer cone surface of the conical disc toward the axis to the upper light liquid centripetal pump and is discharged from the light liquid port. The heavy liquid flows along the inner conical surface of the disc toward the drum wall, then flows upward through the heavy liquid centripetal pump and is discharged from the heavy liquid port, thus completing the separation of heavy liquid and light liquid (there is no distinction between light and heavy liquid in solid-liquid separation).
