Ultra-fine Grinder
Introduction

Working principle
The motor drives the transmission shaft to run at high speed. When the materials enter the grinding chamber, the hammerhead in the front row smashes them for the first time, forming small particles which enter the movable hammer plate. The moving hammer plate and the wind leaf in the hammer plate smash the materials for the second time, and finally flow to the classification chamber. The classification plate smashes and classifies the materials for the last time. The qualified products enter the shakron collection through the gap of the classification plate and the pipeline The discharger is fed into the receiving container. The dust containing gas enters into the dedusting cabinet and is filtered by the filter bag. The dust is blocked in the cabinet. It is shaken by the pulse device and falls into the receiving box. The purified gas is discharged from the box through the air outlet.
Application
Ultra-fine grinding machine can deal with the grinding and classification of many kinds of materials, such as chemicals, food, medicine, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc. it has reached the international advanced level. It can crush rice, sugar, beans, aloe wood, pepper, pepper, coffee beans, cocoa beans, anise, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, thyme and other materials.
The materials with high oil content, such as sesame, walnut, peanut, almond and melon kernel, can not be crushed separately. If it is necessary to crush materials with high oil content, it is necessary to mix them with other materials without oil or with low oil content, and the proportion of materials with high oil content should be less than 25%. If there are large particles of high oil content materials, they need to be crushed (coarse crushing) by a crusher or stainless steel coarse crusher before being crushed by an ultra-fine grinding unit, and then ultra-fine crushing by an ultra-fine grinding unit.
