Depositing and Vibrating Part
Simple structure, quick connect and disconnect connector.
Automatic depositing:Set depositing amount so the dosing plate will distributes the liquid chocolate into the molds evenly.
Manual Depositing: lf you control chocolate flow by pedal, you may need to scrap off the excess chocolate on molds.
A standard depositing plate is with 4*8 nozzles. We can customize different plate according to a specific mould.
For molding products, you may need to use the vibrating table.*Both dosing plate & vibrator are equipped with heaters.
